Ecom Automation may create, collect, analyze, and use anonymized or aggregated user statistics derived from your use of the service. For example, these statistics may describe feature adoption, audit trends, performance patterns, or marketplace benchmarks without identifying a person or organization.

We may use these statistics for analytics, research, security, benchmarking, product development, and service improvement. We may also share or publish them where they do not reasonably identify you or your organization.

We may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to understand how people interact with our websites and to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Meta platforms. The Meta Pixel collects eligible events through your browser, while CAPI may transmit eligible events from our servers.

Depending on your interaction and applicable settings, event data may include page views, button clicks, form submissions, registrations, purchases or other conversion activity, the page URL, timestamp, browser and device information, IP address, and advertising identifiers. This may include _fbp, which helps identify a browser, and _fbc, which may record a Meta ad click identifier when you arrive through a Meta advertisement.

We and Meta may use this information for conversion attribution, aggregated reporting, campaign measurement, audience creation, fraud prevention, and advertising optimization. Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Where required, we will obtain consent before enabling optional advertising technologies, and you may manage eligible choices through our consent controls or your browser settings.

We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention periods vary based on the type of data and why it was collected. Anonymized information that no longer identifies you may be retained for longer.
